• All lessons to be taught at The Funky Drum Shack.
• Lessons available between 6 p.m. - 9 p.m. (Monday to Wednesday) Thursday can be used for cancellations only in agreement with both parties.
• All fees to be paid on arrival or pre-paid via the FDS Store.
• A cancellation fee (50% of the original lesson price) will be incurred if a student gives less than 24 hours notice. However, if another lesson can be arranged within the week, this will be overruled. Allowances will be made in extreme cases.
• I will offer a free lesson to all pupils who have their lessons cancelled by me (with less than 24 hours notice and no suitable alternative made during the week of the cancelled lesson).
• Parents/Guardians and relatives are not permitted to be present during lessons held at The Funky Drum Shack. The only exception is for children under 12 being taught for the very first time. My CRB certificate is available to view on request.
• All lessons to start and finish at the agreed time. Please ensure that you collect your child on time. Due to the nature of teaching on an hourly basis (a one-in one-out system), it is vital that pupils leave on time.
• There is no waiting room.
